Obtain a DPA

Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA)

If you would like to award Task Orders on the GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC, you will need a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA). The DPA designation is required before you will be able to issue the awards. The DPA can be issued to federally warranted contracting officers or you can take one of the quick and easy training options listed below:
